<div><p>"Konold et al. (2007) introduce the idea of bringing together data and chance with the sampler of TinkerPlots. They developed&nbsp; a&nbsp; metaphor of the&nbsp; sampler&nbsp; as a "data&nbsp; factory",&nbsp; that produces 'real objects' &ndash; carrying a bundle of attributes. A simulation is used not only for modelling a single event, but also for modeling and reproducing whole distributions."</p>
