Ethics, Analytics and the Duty of Care ~ Evaluation or Assessment Framework

Evaluation or Assessment Framework

A evaluation framework is a mechanism for evaluating or assessing a list of skills, competencies or capacities associated with data literacy. There are two major domains of assessment: individual assessment, which measures a person's data literacy capabilities or competencies, and or institutional assessment, which measures an organization's data literacy maturity level.
